Shipping & Handling
  • We will ship to Worldwide.
  • Item Will Be Shipped Within 48 hours as soon as your Payment Verified. Some times the date will be delayed due to a shortage. However, we will inform you via the Email.
  • Undelivered Package
    If the address you provided us is undeliverable, we may contact you to verify your address for reshipment. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and the re- delivered shipment.
  • Sales Tax and Duty
    Customer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making purchase.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final, return is accepted on a replacement basis only.
  • If good should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 30 days from date of receipt to notice us for exchange of another one. Item must be returned within 30 days and returned item must be in its original and unused condition, good must be in its original box (if applied) and packing. Otherwise, replacement will not be consider. NO EXCEPTION ABSOLUTELY.
  • Refund will be issued ONLY in case of a suitable replacement is not available. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping to Hong Kong.
  • If you need to return, you should contact our customer service representative first and check the problem, then get a unique address for return.
  • It is IMPORTANT to notice the package as "Product for Return" or "RMA" on the top of the envelope or under the return address, and DO REMEMBER SIGN YOUR ORDER No. or RMA No. (if avail.), or your return won't be accepted.
  • Warranty is VOID with any physical damage or damaged with any sign of abuse or misuse. NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE ABSOLUTELY. NO EXCEPTION.
  • No Return for :
    • Wrong item Buying
    • Buyer change mind or don't want the product
  • If the item is found non-defective or warranty void, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense.
  • We reserve our right not to refund Shipping and Handling Cost when the item has been posted.
